Ardex Designer Floor Toppings

Hello All,

I am looking to have my existing concrete slab (in a highrise unit) topped with Ardex K15 and then sealed to be my finished floor. I am a fan of the industrial/concrete look however, I am not too happy with the finished colour of the Ardex K15 product when dry (it seems to be a green-grey colour). Am I able to add a coloured oxide to the mix to darken it up to a medium to dark grey???
If anyone knows, any information would be appreciated.

I would need to know the mixing ratio of oxide to ardex etc.

hello

they have a technical line you may want to ring

most likely their response will be no as it changes the formulation as such and maybe performance

it is very much trial and error with oxide mixes on a small scale, typically u will want to mix up full bags at a time

it may be half a coke can, or some other measuring device
