Toowoomba Twister....

Has anyone heard from our Toowoomba friends after their stormy time?

I hope you guys came out of it in one piece....

What stormy time??? I haven't seen any storms here in weeks???

edit: just read yesterday's paper. The twister was at Tara which is around 2.5 hrs drive west of here

My bad.... I just saw on the news this fine morning that Towoomba had been hit by a twister and the pictures showed a fair amount of destruction, athough there was no mention of Tara at all.

From what I've heard Tara used to be a suburb of Towoomba.....now it 2.5 hr drive away........some storm!

You didn't mess up. The media just say toowoomba because no-one outside of QLD even knows Tara exists:p

Actually we do have a member out Tara way and I do hope they are ok too. Rowan, they came to our Sharpening Day
