How many of you enjoy a cold shower in summer? I had my first one yesterday and I felt great.

I live in Townsville, we don't have much of a choice.
If you have a hot shower you are sweating before you can step out of it.
If you have a cold shower you have about 5 minutes before the sweat starts:D

Wongo, shouldn't you post that sort of admission in Open Slather? :D

What a coincidence.
Just the other day, SWMBO told me to go take a cold shower, and now you are suggesting the same.
I know her reasoning, but it's just creepy hearing it from you, Wongo. :p;):D

You're not one of these people that whips their own back with a cat ( or in your case possum) of nine tails are you? :D

I'd take a cold shower, but the rangers from the National Park asked me to stop as the screaming was disturbing the animals.

I was in sydders the other weekend for U2- 30+° in the 'burbs. I finished my shower on the Sat pm with a blast of 'cold' which was great. One would not try this in Tas, as the water is always about 10° not good for the ticker.

SWMBO has been encouraging me to take cold showers for years. But i remain unconvinced as to both her motives and the benefits.
