Frame probably has as much torsional rigidity as an old honda CB750/4.......(cringes at the memories)

Ooh the memories... The only thing more flexible than my CB750 F2 was my Suzuki GS1000S. Talk about banana boats...

The F2, shoulda been alled the FU2;) the comstars used to discard the rivets after a bit of hard corner work, the brakes broke after a couple of good stops.................but if you could ride one of them hard, it set you up for anything else that came after.

I had the F1 with a similar rubber frame. That big 4 into 1 exhaust made cornering to the right a pain when it scraped. I got used to the feel og fame flex after a while. The worst I ever experienced was a Kwaka 500 triple. Frame was so bad you had to change line in a corner 4 or 5 times and when it hit the powerband the front wheel was never on the ground.

Just goes to show that good wood still has a place in modern motoring. :D

From the size (or lack thereof) of that front drum (!) brake, I hope it's not fast :D :D

Irving Vincent here in Melbourne is producing new Vincents if you have a lazy $100,000 plus spare. Nice bike with the Vincent reproduction motor........
