Gday all.. Signed up a few weeks ago after googling the hell out of "toy wheels"

I've popped back a few times since and found some answers to questions
I didnt even know I had.. very Informative stuff thankyou :)

I'm in the prosess of setting up a workshop in country vic and attempting
to never have to work for the man again. I wish I'd found you all b4 I went
and spent my budget at Carbitec.. most of the machinery is good stuff but I'm struggling with the sub par Axminster router and I'm dubiouse about my
bandsaw but have yet to narrow down the cause od blade breakages
(could well be my own silly fault).
fallen in love with the lathe tho.. I've got the bug bad with that beast.

anyway enough about tools.. I'll take that to the apropriate threads.

for now.. pleased to meet you all, and I hope to be in a position to relax
and share some experiences and a little bullsh*t soon enough.

Regards folks

Welcome to the asylum. Was the operation painful? We do still demand the lobotomy don't we?

hehe.. you're a friendly ol bunch aren't ya :P

I took the arvo off due to frustration.. I've had a few painful reminders recently to leave the workshop when I'm frustrated or things just aren't
going to plan, seems cheaper to lose an arvo than to spend a week nursing stitches. I'm still very much in transition from "wood butcher" to "craftsman"
and hence trying slow myself down and behave as such.
gave me a chance to re'visit and backread and search, and search again.

you bugger's have used up the last of my printer ink :D with hints, tips, pics and a bit of bedtime reading.

thanks for the warm and promt reply's
