Zinsser Water Based Floor Finish

Howdy, half way through a job and have run short of Zinsser Water Based Floor Finish. Does anyone know of a stockist in Victoria? Our usual supplier in Bairnsdale has change allegiances and no longer stocks it.

Not looking for alternative finishes at this stage.
