Hello Every one,

My name is Tom however my user name is J Ralph. I am married father in my early 30's with two young children one of whom is about to turn six years old.
I have allays enjoyed hands on hobbies since I was a child. One day was setting up a leather workshop in one of the rooms in my house when my father gave me old wood working tools belonging to my grand father and other family members.

He also got my and old beaten up Tasmanian oak table to clean up to use as a leather craft table in order to practice wood work.
Since then I have been building a work shop for wood working and metal work in my garage as well! :U
This is the first forum I have joined and look forward to posting my projects to share with fellow members in the coming weeks when time permits.

Best Regards

Tom

G'Day & Welcome to a top forum "Tom"
There are quite a good few members around Adelaide plus the rest of the country.....
You'll find a heap of helpful & knowledgeable blokes & ladies on the forum and for most very willing to assist.
Make sure you show off your handiwork as everyone loves a photo, especially WIP [Work In Progress] photos with build notes.
Enjoy the forum.
Enjoy your woodwork......
Cheers crowie

PS - Don't forget that offcuts can be used to make good toys....
