Hi I'm looking for a place that sells re-con hvlp units and possibly new in the Sydney area, anyone know of any place that does this sort of stuff?
Thanks,

Strangely enough, Bunnings sell a few basic HVLP kits - one is the 'old' CIGWeld Eager Beaver (or whatever its called these days) and there is another 'clone' unit too - they are a spraygun, compressor/storagage unit & spare pots in a box.
Otherwise you'll have to do a search on the Yellow pages for Painter's Supplies, trade/retail. You could also try Dulux 'Trade' paint shops or some of the bigger 'trade' paint discounters - they may point you in the right direction even if they don't stock the gear themselves.

Are you looking for a fan type unit or a normal air line unit.
I don't think a beaver is going to do piano type stuff.
An air line unit would be the best bet as long as you have compressed air.
I have a couple of porter cable units and they are great.
BTW I can lay my hands on some respectable low cost HVLP spray guns if you are intersted. PM me if you like.
cheers
