Teds are a scam. First tip, stay away from there.
Not saying too much more - there's a chance you are just here to give us that link. What experience of woodwork do you have, and what do you want to make?

Do not send money to Teds woodworking. That's the scam

A great start is to hang out here and look at people who are doing other things like you want to. I'd strongly recommend you only ever buy plans that people here have purchased and made.

Hello Yohai,
Welcome to the Forum. When you say you want to make your brother a Pony, do you mean a Rocking Horse? If you do then I have purchased and built rocking horses from U-Build Woodworking Plans. They are easy to read and understand. I hope this helps you.

G'Day & Welcome to a top forum "yohai" in a land downunder,
There are a few members from Israel plus of course the rest of the world.....
You'll find a heap of helpful & knowledgeable blokes & ladies on the forum and for most very willing to assist.
Make sure you show off your handiwork as everyone loves a photo, especially WIP [Work In Progress] photos with build notes.
Enjoy the forum.
Enjoy your woodwork.
Cheers from The Great Southern Land, crowie
