Blue board boundary fence

Hi to you all,


I like to build a blue board boundary fence in the front yard in which it will be rendered. Are blue board fences actually sturdy? I've read that it's essentially a polystyrene sandwich. Would it be more sturdy if only the posts were blue board and the infills were something else, e.g., timber or colorbond?
