Hi all,

I found the forum while looking for information about the Triton 2000 I've just bought and it looks really interesting.

I've recently semi-retired from science, so now I have more opportunity to get into the to-do list. I've been making stuff from wood and metal all my life, but I've just decided to expand from my tiny ex-kitchen workshop to one end of my new garage (which is already looking my smaller than in the planning stage :(). Hence the Triton. Planning to start on a modified new-fangled workbench tomorrow.

Recent projects have mainly been acoustic treatments for my music studio, but I'm planning on doing more joinery in future. I see there is much good advice here.

Best wishes

Simon

G'Day & Welcome to a top forum "Simon".
There are quite a few members in Tassie...
You'll find a heap of helpful & knowledgeable blokes & ladies on the forum and for most very willing to assist.
Make sure you show off your handiwork as everyone loves a photo, especially WIP [work in progress] photos with build notes.
Enjoy the forum.
Enjoy your woodwork/triton.
Cheers crowie
