G'day,
I'm Dave and have recently moved from the Goldy down to Moe. I'm learning some wood work skills from a local chippy and loving it. It's amazing how many tricky little skills you need to build something. I will be needing plenty of help and advice and this looks like a likely place.
Bought my first chainsaw (echo 660evl which needs a new carby i think) and cut my first load of firewood last weekend. LG
Dave.

You'll find a heap of knowledgable & helpful blokes & ladies on forum ready to assist.
Make sure you show off your handiwork as everyone loves photos especially WIP photos with build notes.
Enjoy your woodwork.
Take care with the chainsaw.

G'Day Dave, as an ex Moeite welcome, to the forums and Moe.
If you need a new carby take the chainsaw to Georges Mowers in Lloyd St and tell George "Tony sent you".
He'll look after you. :2tsup:

I visited Georges recently to get a mates saw sharpened after I borrowed it for a bit. The young bloke there was very helpful and tipped me into buying an Echo. He might be disappointed I bought a second hand one on ebay though.
I'll drop your name when I go next. Ta Tony.

Dropped the echo down to George today and mentioned your name. I took the chain off and gave it a bit of a clean first and when George looked at it he goes " You know the chain is on backwards". Ops..... I would have found out soon enough after burning my way through a log. :D
You've been gone from Moe for a while eh.
