Greetings to all!
I've been turning for many years. Started by making my own lathe, then got a metal turning lathe that I used for wood, then a Tyme Cub lathe. Now I have a Graduate shortbed and a Tyme Classic, so I'm happy. I still enjoy making tools though.
Like lots of people, I like turning bowls best. I also like spindle turning, and have been a part time production turner for a long time.
I'm lucky enough to have always had a full time job, so the turning has been a useful sideline. I made stuff for craft fairs and gift shops for a long time. Now I'm retired, and just selling stuff through my web site.
Looking forward to following the discussions here.
