She barged through here this morning, only short lived Cat 1, wet & windy, no power but we are still here.
Wind has stopped now, currently a very pleasent 21.5C just perfect for a roast turkey.

Have a good one you lot. :2tsup:

Glad it wasnt a bad one Cliff. It would have spoiled a lot of peoples Christmas.

We are just getting plenty of rain down this way, the creeks over the road so I'm flooded in at the moment, but who cares, as long as it's back down in a couple of days.
We got the ham in the Weber, and prawns boiling on the hotplate at the moment so alls good.

Merry Christmas!!

Few branches down, nothing too serious.
Got a generator going, the hotplates are gas & we have a big gas BBQ that does roasts & I also have the gas pizza oven to do the veg in.
Beautiful 21.5C outside so very good weather for roast turkey lunch.
We also have a ham to bake & hopefuly some of the people who were coming will still make it.

Power came back on at about 3pm...

It looks like about 109 of the 120 people that we seem to have catered for didn't arrive... funny how only 3 rang up to say they couldn't make it.

Christmas leftovers from now til 2011. :2tsup:

Hey Groggy, you should ask one of the 2 million odd that are getting ready to hook the caravan onto the towbar before they leave. :p :D

So Cliffy lives there with the sole aim to welcome those caravaners. :D

Hey Cliff, remind me again why you like living there?
