Have joined the forum to do some research on my new kitchen that I am wanting to build. In particular I am looking for information on the most eco friendly options available, and also the best coating (or lack thereof) to use on the wooden benchtop I want to get.

Oh I live in the eastern suburbs of melb with my hubby and 2 kids. :)
