Hi All,
Well that was a bad mistake going there,& they predicted rain & I took no notice.
Would almost have to be called a Disaster.
Thought I would save a couple of $'s, so parked around the back,& went in Gate 3.
No sooner than you got in & you were in 4ins.or 100mm.of mud. Disgusting.
It appears that The Bendigo Council is as bad as most Councils, don't give give a toss about the ordinary person. Only needed a coupla hundreds metres of tar, all fixed.
The Rain didn't stop the Crowd, but some need to think next time. There were Thongs, Sandals, Runners, even bare feet, & not many in Gum Boots. Some with the full regalia & the rest in just a T Shirt, Shorts & Thongs.
I would not be at all surprised if some of the Stall Holders asked for their Site Fee Back, but that would fall on Deaf Ears.
Walked for a couple of hrs.bought 1 Berg Socket Chisel $2, & that was it, had had enough.
I thought prices were up. I also thought the idea was to Sell your Wares & not to take them home.
