Cricket table game

Does anybody here have the cricket table game? I remember it from my youth as "Test Match". We were recently given a version of it that is the same but called "One Day Cricket" - obviously it's geared more to the 50 overs game. Anyway, everything is there in the game - field, boundary, players, wicket, ball etc. It is just missing the rules and the scorecard. I am sure I can make up a workable scorecard, but if anyone has a scorecard or the rules that you could scan and send to me I would be very grateful. I don't care whether it's the test match or one day version of the rules - I imagine they are fairly similar.
