Hi all,
I'd like to tap into the popular wisdom regarding the use of timber screens to shield/hide air con outdoor units.....I've got a range of conflicting advice regarding if the screens could negatively impact the operation and/or performance of the aircons - from don't screen, to cut big circles the size of the fans, to don't worry about it so long as you have say 10mm gaps between your screening boards.
I currently have two outdoor units that stick out like sore thumbs and some nice oiled timber screens will look good.
Appreciate any informed advice.
