Hi guys!
The name is Tuncay! probably already pronouncing it a little awkward. Closest to english is Tun-jay. Im of Turkish heritage, 21, last year of uni, studying to become a Medical Scientist.
Always loved woodwork and didnt really pursue it because I chased science. Im interested in how things work, and how things come together. I think thats why I like woodworking, you can think critically, and put things together in such a way that it comes and looks like what it is once your done. I find it's something that just gets my mind off things. Plus, I think, I like to admire something I made and put together.
My aims from this website, is to learn a few tricks, get better (im currently in the process of building up my tool collection) I see this happening as I take on different projects, not planning on simply going nuts and purchase everything.
I think I have a soft spot for furniture, drawers, cabinets, boxes. But looking at the forums there is even a toy making section, So im sure my interests will grow and develop.
Thanks:2tsup:
