    Default sealing pipes thru DPM

I'm laying a slab in a new bathroom. There are drainage pipes coming up through the soil and the DPM. What is commonly done to seal that joint? Do I just make a seal from DPM material and wrap it round the pipes with lots of tape to hold it in place?
